The "F Your CRM — Vendor Capture" browser extension ("the extension") helps real estate teams save vendor contact details from an email or website directly into their private F Your CRM account. This policy explains exactly what the extension accesses and how that information is used.

What the extension accesses

• Page content you choose to capture. When you click the extension's toolbar button, it reads the text of the page or email you are currently viewing (or your highlighted selection) so it can identify a vendor's name, company, phone, email, and address. It only does this in response to your click — it never reads pages in the background or on any other tab.
• Your settings. The extension stores your CRM web address and your personal connection token in your browser so you don't have to re-enter them. It may also briefly hold an in-progress capture in your browser if you close and reopen the popup.

How the information is used

• The captured text is sent to your own F Your CRM account, where it is processed to extract the vendor's contact details and check for possible duplicate vendors.
• The resulting vendor record is saved to your team's private CRM database, attributed to you.
• The information is used solely to create or update vendor records — its single purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
• We do not use the data for any purpose unrelated to capturing vendors.
• We do not use the data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not track your browsing history, monitor your activity, or collect keystrokes, location, or personal identifiers.

Data storage and control

Vendor records are stored in your organization's private F Your CRM database and are controlled by your organization. Your settings live only in your own browser and can be cleared at any time by removing the extension. Captured page text is processed to create the vendor record and is not retained separately by the extension.
